Kelly is the BEST! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Kelly was the absolute best! From the moment we met him at the airport and throughout our entire 3/4 day stay! He took us around the town, showed us the night life, was always on time and patient even when we were late, he was also like a body guard for us ladies (7). The voucher contains all the essential details for finding us at the airport. Make sure to print it and carry it with you upon arrival.

What Happens If My Flight Is Delayed?

We always confirm the flight arrival times. The driver will wait for all flights that are delayed and your transfer is provided without any additional charges.

If My Luggage Is Lost, What Is The Procedure? How Long Will The Driver Wait For Me?

In the event that your luggage is missing, it is important to contact us promptly using the phone number provided on your voucher or request permission to exit the airport to inform the driver of the issue while confirming that you still require the transfer service. For private airport transfers, the driver will wait for up to an hour after the flight’s scheduled arrival time. If you fail to contact us or the driver within this timeframe, the driver may leave the airport without further delay. Failure to notify us will be treated as a “NO-SHOW,” and the transfer cost will be charged to your credit card.

Where Will I Meet My Driver When I Arrive At The Airport?

Driver’s will be waiting outside holding your name on a sign or the company logo.

Do I Need To Reserve Child Seats?

The use of child seats is mandatory in most countries as per the law for the safety of children during transportation, and non-compliance can result in penalties.

What Type Of Vehicles Are Used For The Transfer?

All our transfers involve the use of vans, SUV’s, minibuses or buses, according to the type of transfer required and the amount of people. All vehicles are air-conditioned and clean.

Where Will You Wait For Me At My Hotel/Apartment/Home?

If you are going to the airport from a hotel, please wait at reception (lobby). If being collected from an apartment or your home, please wait outside by your main door. The driver will look for you there holding up the meeting card with the company name.

Can I Make Changes / Cancel My Booking?

You can make changes / cancel to your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. To amend / cancel your booking,
